I was first in an empty apartment, which had blue carpet and no light, except for dim filtering through thin curtains over a large window. There was a half-feral cat in the room, and I was trying to locate some toys I had scattered there for it. They were balls painted like planets. I found Jupiter, but it had become deformed and was not a sphere anymore after the cat batted it too much, but I was happy it was playing with them. I picked up the cat, though it didn’t have any affection towards me and was trying to hide, when suddenly the window in the room broke out. Outside looked as though I were several miles in the air, with plains and forest below. I let the cat down on the sill and flew away, and it woke me up.
This dream may symbolize a sense of emptiness or lack of light in some area of your life. The blue carpet and thin curtains suggest a sense of isolation or loneliness, while the half-feral cat may represent an untamed or wild aspect of your subconscious. The toys painted like planets could symbolize your dreams or aspirations. Finding Jupiter deformed and not a sphere anymore may represent disappointments or setbacks in achieving your goals. However, seeing the cat play with the toys may also suggest that you are able to find joy and satisfaction in life, despite these setbacks. The breaking of the window may symbolize a sudden change or unexpected opportunity. Flying away may represent a sense of freedom or liberation from the constraints of everyday life. Overall, this dream may suggest a need to explore new possibilities and embrace change, even if it may involve taking risks or facing challenges.
